The ATM program at CWU has helped me prepare for the fashion industry through various projects that incorporate the use of Adobe Suite programs that are widely used throughout the industry. Having access to these programs has helped my technical knowledge grow and I feel confident in being successful and producing high quality material with the Adobe Suite programs. I have gained presentation skills through these projects, and feel more confident in myself. I have also gained knowledge in buying and selling, which is very important in the fashion industry. I now understand the production process and how to create a tech pack to correctly display how a garment is pieced together. I have a broad knowledge of different textiles that I can use toward many fields in the Fashion industry. The ATM program has given me many opportunities to speak to fashion professionals and to see inside the industry. Because of this I feel that I am prepared to take on any challenge in life, and that I can be successful in the industry.
